Normal Decal Material

Would be really cool if there was a way to do normal decals like you can in Unreal Engine.

I think it wouldn't even need to have a projection element as you could handle that in the DCC, but just the ability to have a material that's basically transparent except for it's normals so you can affect the normals of the texture behind the decal.
