Hi,

I've used support system few times but every time I'm confused how the messages are being displayed. Something is wrong with keeping it homologicaly. New messages apper in the middle of conversation instead in the beginning. Also the questions and answers are repeated when support is taken over by others so you end up with unnecessary double messages. Please make it simple to read and answer.
