Licenses problem

I have two octane License.
standalone and subscription.
I have Two PC.
I recentry use subscription account one PC.
the other PC update R20, and I try to download Octane again.
But the window say no.
how dose it works??

In general, Studio subscription licenses are always up to date to the latest version, while for regular licenses, you need an All Access extension to be able to use the latest version, or you need to go back to v4.05.

I did roll back 4.05-R7 , but same problem.
please tell me fix this!

Hi,
it seems that you have not correctly downgraded to v4.05-R7.
Please, check your installation, maybe you have doble c4doctane folders.
Also check at your OctaneLive page that the c4doctane license is not still active:
https://render.otoy.com/account/octanelive.php
You need to use the unlock button to deactivate it.
Please note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time, if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
