So I have an object that has a specular material applied to it. I have the object backlit [with HDRI image] to get nice highlights. I have alpha selected but for some reason no matter what I do...I am seeing the light thorough the specular material. It's not holding it's alpha. I also tried using an area light instead of an HDRI but same problem. I can only post a small cut out image due to client confidentiality. Thoughts?

Hi HuttonMiller3D,
please, try with a black Texture Environment in Visible environment mode, with Backplate and Refraction active:

Hmmm. that didn't seem to help in this situation. I'm going to see if I can make a sample scene like what I have to share so you guys can take a closer look.
