Panoramic Spherical Mode with Postprocessing = SEAM

We have tested V3 b2 in panoramic spherical camera mode 360/180 while working on Stereoscopic 360 VR project and get a seam in image while using postprocessing bloom and glare effects. Is there anyway to fix this problem.
I know that its a post-module and effects are based on luminance data, but this effect becomes useless in this Sphere 360 case. Even in AE or any other post-processing program with offset it does not solve the problem of seam.
Even if it is impossible to solve, it's just a thoughts.

I've run into the same problem when adding post effects in AE to 360 video I render out of Octane.
One solution is to feather the effect using a mask in AE and also there is this plugin that allows you to flatten 360 footage in AE to do your work in http://www.mettle.com/product/skybox-studio/

I'd be curious to see what other solutions there are because I too run into this same problem

Thx, I know about this plug, but quality of octane postprocessing is better than any plugs in AE.

I think, if you see such a bloom in real world, you shouldn't be driving. :)

Blooms looks great, but they have nothing to do with real world..

Hi Proxell,
the real nightmare is with cube maps and a lot of borders, with equirectangular it's still an issue, but it's surely better ;)
A good idea is to save the posteffect as separate pass and work it in PS. In your particular case, I guess that if you slightly rotate the camera in order to have the upper emitter in the middle of the seam, the bloom effect should be more uniform
Another workaround is to use the environment medium node to obtain the emissive bloom effect, obviously with higher render time but with zero seam effect ;)

This is horrible but you could simply render it twice, the 2nd time with 180 degree offset, then join both the post process layers in photoshop/gimp...

Thank you for idea.
But if CoronaRender could fix this: https://corona-renderer.com/blog/wp-con ... 05_GIF.gif
why Octane can't (for 2 years)?
