Remove filename.hdr as default sky texture Tweet

Sometimes I add a sky object to just quickly blank out the sky for a shot, but the default hdr sky has "filename.hdr" as the texture. Obviously this doesnt exist and so renders black, exactly what I needed.

...but, the render queue and other network rendering apps will see this and complain "filename.hdr not found"

Could we remove this default filename? it doesnt change any functionality and only causes problems.

Yes it has been changed for latest or next builds.
