Are there any MacOS specific settings?

Hi,

Are there any specific settings that allow us to leverage full hardware support from the new M series of Mac machines? I have the M3 Max MacBook Pro. It takes 6 minutes and 50 seconds to render a scene, whereas the 3090TI renders it in 2 minutes and 45 seconds. I'm wondering if there's something I might be missing or need to adjust that I'm not aware of. Any insights would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Windows 10 (3090Ti) | MacBook Pro (M3 Max)

Apple Silicon isn't yet at the RTX GPUs level but getting there.
There is the hardware acceleration option in the preferences (Devices tab), besides that it's just scene optimization.

Hi,
the solution is to use M3 as primary Workstation, and CUDA PC as Render-Node with 2024.1-Alpha3 version under macOS Sonoma:
