Ah, so you have to use completely different settings to use in the PV.

Check "Network Rendering" in the render settings.

Having a hard time finding a strait answer on if I would need another license to run a team render on a PC connected to my Mac. I own a standalone license and a C4D Plugin license currently. Anyone?

for teamrender you need of course plugin+standalone license. But Octane net render not requires a plugin license on slave. Only need would be a standalone license.

Just to clarify, I would need both of those on each computer, meaning 2 Standalone Licenses + 2 Plugin Licenses to do team render? Or are you saying I need only 1 License of each?

For Team Render can be done in C4D. So as you understand, you should need a seperate combo(SA+PLUGIN license) on second computer, also you need same set (SA+PLUGIN license) on main computer.

Hi all.

I try to follow the process;
But during the launching of cinema 4D, I get error message "No octaneLive account is activated on this machine. Please enter ..."
however, if I activate the account, it should be a conflict error with the slave machine with standalone installed.
