Motion Blur Not Working on 'Render Instances'

I'm having some major errors with motion blur on my emitters in c4d s24. I set up the Emitter with a Cloner like in this video: https://youtu.be/Jj4BY5ztXm8?t=141

At the end of the particle's lifetime/when they get killed (frame 300 pictured here) the motion blur stops working as expected.. Here are some cans rolling down a hill after frame 300. attached image..

If I turn off 'render instances' the problem goes away, But I need 'render instances. It does not matter whether the particles are cached or not.

Separately, using a regular c4d emitter with 'render instances' also has many errors. Each frame random cubes will disappear or reappear. As you can see in the picture the live viewer has less cubes than the viewport. Again, turning off the motion blur on the camera or tuning off 'render instances' resolves the errors.

I have replicated these issues on multiple builds. Thank you

win10, 2x rtx3090, 60GB ram, Intel i9 9900k, C4D r24, 1000W evga PSU

I also have this issue. In fact, this post has helped me to fix the issue by turning of render instance on the emiter, but would be nice to get it working
