I noticed that you cannot animate properties while the viewport renderer is activated.
You can set an initial keyframe, but if you try to set another one, every time you edit the parameter, it reverts back to the original keyframe.

It seems to be any parameter that is keyframable.
I just started a new project:
- dropped in a cube
- started the viewport renderer
- keyframe position
- move forward 20 frames
- move position

no matter if you type in a parameter, or drag the slider, it reverts back to the original keyframe.
This is only while the viewport renderer is active. If i switch it off, everything goes back to normal behavior. Live Viewer is fine also, just the new viewport renderer.
Autokeying seems to work also, just when you try and manually set a keyframe while the viewport renderer is running.

Hi,
I have a problem with this release.

CINEMA 4D has stopped working - message when trying to load C4D. I've updated my nvidia driver 391.01, C4D R18.057, only have R18 in the c4doctane folder, C4D not blocked in firewall.
If I remove this version and put previous ( 3.07 R2 ) on plugins folder, C4D loads and all good.

When using Mac in the node-editor some icons stay black. ( Mix-Materials and multiply nodes so far).
Any way to get around this ?

I wish to share with other users the right NVIDIA driver version that works with this update.

I've tried this combinations: in all cases I've performed a clean uninstall of the previous drivers in safe-mode using DDU

Octane update: 3.08 stable
Cinema R18.057
Windows 7 - 3 x GTX 1080ti
Driver version: 391.24 or 391.35

Octane standalone: works perfectly
Octane Cinema 4d plugin: crash at startup

switching back to 3.08 test 6 and 378.78 return to works good.

Anyone could share its configuration/drivers combination please?

UPDATE:
I've report here a solution that in my case work:
1) after trying 391.24 and 391.35 I've switched back to 378.78 and as I wrote all works again.
2) I've tried then to install 390.65 and I have started C4d without crash, then I've tried to install most recent updates
3) 390.77 all ok
4) 391.01 all ok
5) 391.24 and works!
So for my poor experience seems that in this case is useful not to upgrade from too different driver version, but seems good to go step-by-step triing firs older drivers ...

I'm yet in test phase, not all work properly at the moment,I've noticed that GUI is very very slow during the rendering , also if I have one card dedicated to my monitors and excluded by renderer.

Still have the issue, that C4D completley freezes when using ctrl+z in the node editor. I don't even get a bug report... Someone else noticing this behaviour?

I don't know if I'm crazy or something but I think I read that the offline mode was going to be available when the plugin got to the stable version and here we are so... where is the offline mode? I REALLY need it my current internet situation is really unstable and since the offline mode went away I've been having troubles, I'm always at the edge of going back to 3.07 and it's not fair.

I just found out about the offline mode disable as well. After over 24 hours of trying to solve the problem.
MAYBE PUT THIS INFO IN THE RELEASE NOTES!!!!
