You can see the errors for frame 0, then I interrupted the rendering during frame 3.
This gave me the idea of trying a new render, keeping the pass folders (Cstm1, Cstm2, etc.) but without files in it (so empty folders).
You can see in the console that with the folders already present, I don't have the problem.
It's like Octane wanted to save my passes but didn't leave enough time to create the folders first on my NAS.
(locally I don't have the problem, perhaps because it goes faster?)

In fact, if the project folder has already been created (by Octane or by me), Octane will create all the folders passes with all passes successfully.
e.g. If my project is called test and I already have the Y:\test folder created, then I have no problem with Y:\$prj\$prj as the path for render.
I have no idea...
