Live DB - better UI

HI,
I think it is a good time to have a better ui for Live Db...
It would be nice not to switch to basic material editor when importing.. there is a "sample slot" UI in Slate mat editor.
Thanks.

Hi HHbomb,
You can avoid the switch to the basic (compact) material editor :
Uncheck the box in Global preferences / Material tab: 'Show Compact Material dialog on Import'.
But please note that the import will still be made in the current selected slot (of the compact editor), and you can't change this selection from the Slate editor..
That may be fine, if you copy it to the slate graph, you can then import another material to the same slot, the first one will still be in the graph..
(that may be a bit confusing, that's why I added this switch to compact editor.. )

Hi, Thanks for answer. :D
This Global preferences panel .... there is so many settings in it. And I never look at it
It would be great to have several columns in DBlive....
