All bug reports should include the information below, along with a detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.
A. Operating System, including version (i.e. Win 7, OSX 10.11.2, Ubuntu 14.04, etc.)
B. Graphics Card(s) model (i.e. GTX 580 - 3GB, TITAN, etc.)
C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Motion blur doesn't work for liquids in the newest phoenix fd and octane . Output velocity channels are enabled Thanks

It looks like I had to change all the stuff highlighted in red. I used to check vertex mb and done. Now it is over-complicated.

Plus why do I need to set generic vel scale to 1 if phoenix fd has general particle velocity option.

Hi coilbook,

I just found out that the real velocity channel is 2, but it appears only if you have "Export as" set to "Mesh"
So you'll need to keep it like that while rendering with Octane, to have a good motion blur.

Channel 1 was the UV channel, there are some values, that's why there is some blur effect, but it's not the velocity..

With channel 2, you'll need to go back to a small Generic Velocity scale..
