C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

This may be a missing function rather than a bug?
There is no vertex motion blur on displaced objects and the opposite; I guesse, Camera motion blur on objects that are displaced, even when still in relation to the camera.

The displaced cylinder is moving the same speed as the other two objects. linked by Linked XForm

reminds me a problem i had when i used itoo forest pack. When trees were moving (transported on a train) with the camera they had mb for some reason. when trees were passing a stationary camera wagon had mb and trees did not
