B. Graphics Card(s) model (i.e. GTX 580 - 3GB, TITAN, etc.)
C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Hi Elvissuperstar007,
For current version, this is normal:
This is an 'extreme' case where the camera is pointing down (Z axis).
As the Perspective correction option is using an UP vector (Z axis too) to keep vertical lines parallel, the definition of the other axis reach a mathematical limit, and result in stripes like in your video..
Also, I think that when using Orthogonal camera, the perspective correction is not recommended. (All the lines are already parallel..)

When using a perspective camera looking down, the perspective correction could be useful, but the Up vector should not be the Z axis..
In the next release, I will add other axis options for the UP vector.
