What exactly does "only occasional" mean please?

There's no way I can afford to update to the latest version of Max and I've been happy using Max Design 2014 with Octane for years.

I've just paid this year's subscription but it doesn't give the option to install for Max 2014 so I'm now stuck.

Can you please help?

We just released a new version, 13.21 with support of all 3dsMax versions (2013-2024).
We weren't sure if there were users still using older versions.
We'll keep all versions from now on.
