Hi,
I updated my NVidia driver, the OctaneRender and the Octane Carrara plugin, from 416.94 / 4.00 / 4.00.00.04 to 419.17 / 4.02.10 / 4.02.00.06
Since then I have 2 problems:
1) It seems to be the same problem as thedogsbollex above: "Compiling..." is displayed but briefly, and the rendering won't start. The render windows opens as usual, all seems to work fine, except no compiling/rendering. The sample # displayed at the bottom left of the windows is stuck at 0/1 no matter which setting I put in the octane render target window.
2) surfaces with a shader which is a "pure" octane material ("shader" part set to None) are now invisible in the assemble room if the display mode is set to "Textured". If there's something in the shader part, display is always black (except if it's a standard Carrara shader).
Both problems occur whether it is an existing scene (where all worked fine a few minutes before the updates), or a new scene.
