Hi Aoktar, I use C4D and completely rebuilt my computer system to use Octane for rendering, I cannot wait to use the beta of Octane for C4d!

One question, I use C4D R12 Prime which does not have Global Illumination (G.I.).
I know Octane Render does have it and I currently get Global Illumination in my render by taking the C4D Exporter and exporting my project to Octane standalone version.

My question is does your OctaneRender for C4D require the C4D version to have GI or does your plugin just use the G.I. in OctaneRender?
In other words will people have to upgrade C4D to Broadcast or Studio to get G.I. or can they just use the Prime version?

This would open up a whole new world for people that cannot afford the more expensive versions of C4d if this is so.

Great stuff! So folks with a limited budget can get all the benefits of G.I. with the Prime edition of C4D.

Now when we can get our hands on a beta copy of this fine piece of work? I for one really need this so please let us know when we can get a copy to try out. I will take whatever you have got right now I need it!
