Hi all,
is there a quick way of getting the materials that Octane for Revit plugin converts inside of revit into 3ds Max, so that they read as Octane for 3ds max native materials? I mean - they are the same materials no?
And if there is no currently quick way, could a solution be made?(maybe relatively inexpensively?) - see my point is, 3ds Max can already read and open Revit files, would adding a material converter already available in Octane for revit be hard to add into the import(or link) process so that they can be read by Octane for max?
I understand that eventually we may have an ORBX that is able to extract all that into native packages but we're not there yet and there is no talk of when that may be...
Also, I'm writing in this forum but I don't know if I should be posting in the Max section or contacting Neonzorgulb or Faceoff directly?
Kind regards,
Jani
