So finally purchased Octane Render for cinema4d. Currently working most of my stuff on my laptop with GTX880M. Will looking for a future upgrade once I get more jobs.
Rendering times were slow due to my GPU however I'm definitely liking the RT function and the outcome of the final renders. Will do more further testing.
