Any comments welcome, but mostly, what about color scheme ? Keep it neutral? Warm(second one) Cold(first) ?

I like the first photo very much..!
something I noticed is that octane regards the black areas of bump map as the high spots of the rendered surface so if you select invert on your bump node the floor will look much more realistic!

I think 2 versions are very good , cold and warm. But they are hell overexposed

yeah I agree, technically these aren't very well done.... but bit of that overexposure is on purpose, I like that effect ;- )
