Error activating account in Poser 11

Hi folks. I had the Poser plugin working in Poser Pro 2014 and have recently upgraded to Poser Pro 11. I also updated Octane to 2.25. When I try to render with the plugin in PP11, the activation window pops up (indicating that Octane is deavtivated on my PC) and asks for my Live username and password. When I do that and click on Activate, I get an "error activating account message". Windows 7 is what I am running. Can anyone advise me on this please? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the plugin is still working in PP 2014. Do I need to deactivae that first?

Okay, I deactivated Octane from PP 2014 and still couldn't activate it on PP 11. So I uninstalled both Octane and the Poser plugin and reinstalled them. Still no luck, I am getting the same error message.
Octanes entry is visible in the Poser Render dropdown, but it just won't activate for me.

Hi Dylan

It sounds like the Otoy authentication servers might have been down. Can you try and authenticate again on Poser 11 pls? You can have both Poser 10/Pro and Poser 11 authenticated at the same time if they are on the same PC.

Thanks very much Paul for repying. Unfortunately, today I get the same error when I click Activate.
For obvious reasons, I starred out my Live ID in the screengrab.
If it helps, my firewall was turned OFF during the activation process.

I also updated Octane to 2.25.
The plugin version in your screenshot is not Octane 2.25 - it's 2.16. Can you update to the latest STABLE version of the plugin (https://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=40425) and try again pls.

Thanks

Thanks Paul. It was two problems, first I had installed the wrong Poser plugin (2.16 instead of 2.25 as you correctly pointed out). But when I installed 2.25 I got the same error message. So instead of entering the Octane Live UserID and Password, I instead entered the Poser Plugin Username and Password. Guess what? it worked fine! Thanks again.

To clarify further Paul, I had accidently installed the Poser 2.25 plugin into PP2014 instead of PP11 and just didn't realize until you pointed it out.
All is well now. Thanks very much again.
