I also tried to reproduce the effect directly in Octane with no luck

In Poser and plug-in demo : it work well in the octane viewport
Then I used the same object and reproduced the material (Gel, ...) and it didn't work whatever I tried : I only have a light spot but no gel effect . Don't know what I miss (I use PMC kernel). Object size import,...?

Could you post a simple octane scene to understand how to do it directly in octane?

Admittedly I don't have much experience with standalone, but I've been able to get the projector prop working in standalone via both orbx export from the plugin (works upon import) and importing the prop directly and setting the lamp and gel materials.

Are you trying to use the prop in this post or are you trying to recreate it from scratch?

Thanks for your help.

I imported the prop directly in Octane and tried to duplicate all materials after looking in the Poser plug in demo (after the poc file applied).

I only get a projector but no circles (I used the concentric circle map in the gel material)

Hmm, could you send me the ocs/orbx of your scene? (or screenshots of the lamp and gel settings?)
