So I recently realized that light GOBO textures don't work no matter what UV projection method you use in the DAZ Plugin. It seems to be bugged specifically on the DAZ plugin only, since the same exact projection settings with the same exact texture works fine in Cinema4D.
Although IES light textures work with the right settings, but that is different from GOBO textures. And it is very clearly a bug since the same exact settings and setup in Cinema4D plugin/standalone don't work in DAZ plugin.
If any Dev can address this, I have uploaded the texture below.
