He could may be more concerned with adding features that work on a demo.
for me it is one top priority. give the price tag / compared to other daz addons, a demo is very important to spread this plugin. technically it is not a big thing to do, and apart from watermarks and fixed size rendering, there will be no notable differences between a demo and the real thing. and saving of course - it won't save its data (intentionally, i'd like to add

a demo won't come though, until all of the initial problems are sorted out. i of course don't want to show off, that i'm able to crash studio on various occasions
means it will need a few weeks to settle. and i need to wait for an updated version of the octane demo sdk, since the existing one is no longer compatible with the current codebase. afaik this should happen with one of the upcoming octane updates.
i will use this topic to post news about a possible demo release, so you may want to subscribe to it, if not already done so.
