the Octane Render team is very proud to give you a preview of Octane for Daz Studio, another in development integrated plug-in for DAZ Studio 3D, which is being developed by t_3.

and i did start smoking because of this project ;)

the conclusion was, that you won't get far without one. even for a octane pro it would be cumbersome to work by editing mats just with a non-graphic editor, and for an octane noob it'll surely make it very hard to learn, how to get cool results out of octane; it imo just won't be much fun working with it - but of course it should :)

pricing is as with all other plugins, currently 99 euros for just the plugin, 179 along with a standalone license (plus multi-license packs).

you have seen from the videos, that there is already a lot done, but a few things are still to finish, so i'd better not give an eta for the release. hopefully soon ;)

Soon? :o Hopefully not "DAZ Soon."

Never use the word "Soon" with regards to anything related to DAZ3D. :lol:
