Rhino safe Frame render.

Is there a way to lock the render to safe frame in Rhino? Am I missing something?
It appears that Octane renders the whole viewport and not the safe frame. It also changes the field of view if you don't have Rhino maximised on your screen and resize Rhino.

Any ideas. I need to get specific renders based on physical camera lenses and film backs.

Hi, this question has been asked previously, and from memory the plugin does not support detection of the safe frame. If you want to enter film back (Sensor Width), etc, try exporting the scene to Octane Standalone, where you can adjust these Camera settings (they are locked in the Rhino plugin). I could potentially add a mode where you can adjust Sensor Width, FStop, etc, although I am not sure that would fully resolve your issue.

Hi Paul.

I think I have a work around using a tool set from here: http://www.filmcad.com/Rhino/?p=72 and using a floating viewport.
Not perfect but I think it's giving me what I need.

Thanks
