Displace bug

Hi,
There is a bug in the displacement map:
I need to put a texture in a precise place of more big surface. So I build the UV to place exactly the texture (Image 1).
I use Black Border Mode, so the image isn't tailed on all the surface, and it is OK... if used in diffuse channel (Image 2).
But if I use the same texture in displace, it becomes tailed, as Warp Border Mode, not as Black (or white). Only Warp. (Image 3).

There is a solution of it or it is a bug?

Thank you
Gianluca

Displacement does not see any image parameters. You'll have to shrunk your UV map to fit completely within the UV grid.
