These close splash screens should have "always on top" display method enabled like in other typical Windows aplications.

I'm not seeing any obvious differences between windows 10 and 11, but it's not clear exactly what you're doing. I tried both splash screens and the "save changes to current project?" dialogs.

Is this happening after restarting your PC? If so, can you record a video so we can see what you're doing?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue, but can't you just right click on the icon in the taskbar and select "close all windows"? I just tried it with several instances of Octane open and it closed everything immediately. (see pic)

Yes this is exactly what I mean but if you change something in scene there is no way to close them all because of floating Octane windows that will pop-up (save changes to current project?). These windows are not on top of main Octane Standalone main windows. Normally they should stay on top.

Oh, I understand now, SSmolak. Yes, this wouldn't work if you're not getting the dialog boxes on top. Hopefully, they can fix this.

Can you please add a virtual thickness to cut outs that were done using procedural noise opacity similar to rounded edges?

In the image you can see rusted metal holes. The holes were done using opacity with noise but they have no thickness. Anyway you can add some slider with adjustable thickness. It's just a thickness that can extend using mesh's normal.

Try to add the same noise texture to bump channel with little blur or height option.

Can you introduce a light de-nosier just for noise that exceeds a certain threshold?

Interesting feature request. Although I must say, nothing to fix if nothing is broken a.k.a. Of it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. Perhaps, improve would be a more suited word, which is a continuous effort.

Would such guide help in the meantime?
