When will we see plugins for 2019.1?
I like 2018.1, but most of the changes feel incomplete almost like its the preview for 2019 in a way

We are now at 2018.1.2 (second maintenance release). There may be another release of it soon.

2019.1 is somewhat of a moving target, since some of the changes in it depend heavily on plugin changes to make them work (such as the geometric primitives, universal camera, etc). Then we have also been getting the AI upsampler ready.

We haven't released 2019.1 for our plugin developers yet, but we are expecting to do that with XB2.

Currently XB2 is planned for this week, and it will take a bit of time after that for plugins to arrive since that'll be the first time it is released for plugins also.

It's all about managing expectations, not the actual date.

If it's more likely it will take 3 months, just tell people that, or say 4 and deliver it after 3, everyone is happy! When you in april say 1-2 weeks and we get to nearly July.... it feel more like people have no idea what they are doing or how to plan a project, regardless of the end result

I think we are all pretty excited for 2019.x in the various plugin forms!

We made a bunch of changes behind the scenes. We're still on track for 3 releases a year. V3 was Nov 30th, 2018.1 came out in Mid March, and 2019.1/2 will follow similar span. I think there are already 3 2019.1 plug-ins out already, and more in the next week.
