2020.1.RC2 - 21.4 Viewoirt issue

When in render preview mode and viewing not from camera — viewport doesn't updated while Octane IPR works fine.

You're probably using Denoiser and have it activated in Camera mode only, not from the Octane Imager in the numeric panel of the Perspective View.
