Octane for Blender User Manual Suggestions

I see the Octane for Blender online manual, and though it looks good, it's not nearly as complete as the excellent Stand Alone User Manual (pdf). But it's also probably still a beta version manual, too. :)

BTW, I printed out the Stand Alone User Manual, and had it spiral bound ($4US), which makes it very useable and portable.

It would be too time consuming to do the same for the Octane for Blender User Manual as it
is html vs pdf.

It would be good to convert the new manual to pdf, and copy/paste the relevant text
from the Stand Alone Manual, and keep the text that is specific to the Octane for Blender.

Thanks! ;)
