hi, i am using C4D R25 on a MacBook Air M2, Monterey

I installed both 2023.1.2-R3 and 2024.1 Alpha2 - R3, but neither of them worked

Is my setup compatible? Thanks

FYI After trial and error it seems 2022.1.2_R4 works in Monterey on M2

Hi,
for 2023.1 versions, you need to have macOS 13.3 or higher.

We strongly recommend that you update macOS to version 13.3 or greater.
Prior to 13.3, there is an OS related issue that causes a render failure consistently if you render for long periods of time.

For 2024.1 versions, you need to have macOS Sonoma 14.1 or greater.

ciao,
Beppe

Since I am stuck on 2022 (My bigger machine is a hackintosh with AMD GPUs) I might as well continue using 2022 on my M2
