Displacement problem: when using displacement casts a wierd Tweet

Why everytime adding displacement to this tile texture, it causes a weird shadow or reflection

Also, I downloaded a file from a topic about displacement+bump before. The result comes out very differently.

Which exact version of plugin are you using?
