Also is there a way to use a HDR image with the exported file and set it to path tracing instead of direct lighting? If we could get a scene to export with and HDR environment and then render with path tracing we could make this engine work in our pipeline. Thanks you so much for working with this package.

The exporter is ok, but to fully use the power of Octane within C4D, an integration like VrayforC4D would be needed.
I see in Octane THE ultimate unbiased realtime renderer for C4D , as it is by far better and quicker than Iray (M4D) and Maxwell (that I also own). VrayforC4D will provide Vray-RT in the near future (hopefully), but I think Octane has a better use of NVIDIA-GPU's than all other solutions on the market.
So I would really like to use the full power of Octane fully integrated in C4D as this conjunction could be a unique couple and set a standard for unbiased realtime rendering as VrayforC4D already does for the standard render-way.
