Thanks for the scene.
The instance problem is solved. I has checked only meshes which are child of Nulls or Models. Now i check every parent Object.
The problem with reexport existing meshes is also solved. This was a problem with the SubD level which was only at the first export added to my evaluation checksum. So a second export hasn´t this addition and reported a different checksum, the mesh was exported again.
Have also noticed that the plugin is realy unstable at the first render/preview when the window lost the focus.
After a close and rerender, all is fine. Don´t know what happens, maybe the render context is gone. This would make sense, because the infos in the preview window are also gone.
Hope i can found this problem...
