You can use the texture emission.
Plug in this a generated image from a rendermap and you can animate the color.
Inside Softimage, you must then animate the color how you like. Best is to use a constant shader where you animate the color over time.
The rendermap will then render out the result and overwrite an existing image so the the imagename is for every frame the same.

The scale can´t animated because there is no conversation from a color to a float/scalar which can be used as input for the scale value.

Here is a rendermap tutorial for Octane:

Do i have to pre-render sequence with rendermap? or this is automated with your plugin? I didn't tried yet but i want to ask before. Just to clarified it.
If I want to make some kind of videowall\tvscreen as a light source what should do the same ?

You must rename the RenderMap in OctaneMap, then the plugin will find it and fired the command to render the map, before the frame is rendered in Octane.
But you must first use the render frame button, so that an image is created which you can use in Octane to setup your materials.
When your materialsetup is complete, you can render the animation.
You can use the rendermap to bake every mentalray shader to the exported mesh, also an tv or similar.
The name of the image is derived from the meshname+rendermap, shown in the video...
