I apologize if this has been discussed before, but today I needed to export a DOF animation from Maya and I got confused by the mismatching names of the exporter.
As you can see from the picture below, the exporter "Focal Depth" and the actual Octane camera's "focalDepth" parameters are not the same... Also other definitions are a bit confusing, Angle of view, fov, Lens Aperture Radius, Focal Length, etc... Where is what?
So I made this simple image to help newbies like me to correctly export the camera DOF for animation.
I Hope the future versions of the exporter will be re-organized to make less confusion. Cheers!
