In C4D you have something called External Transform to control a UV texture with a Null object - based on it's world position.
Like in this manual page
https://docs.otoy.com/cinema4d//Project ... 0Transform

I couldn't find the equivalent in 3dsmax.

I had to back flip and create a wire-parameter(s) in order to get an object to "transfer" it's values (divided by 100 since the Float of the translation of a map is 0-1) to the projection-transformation node.
Do you know any other method in 3dsmax? I'd be happy to learn.
So far couldn't find the equivalent of an External Transform.
I've also tried getting an object's coordinates using OSL's "Named Coordinate Space" to no avail.

Here is a video of a screen-capture of the result

Thanks, Ofir
