Material convertor

Trying to use my Dosch3d 2022 car models by using the "3ds max v9 and above" version of the files (I'm using 3dsmax design 2014) but the Octane material convertor doesn't bring through any reflections. Am I doing something wrong?
The models are available in lots of formats but not Vray.

Hello Rik,
What assigned materials do these 3D models have?

Looks like standard 3dsmax material with no reflections :?

These are the available download formats. Which is Octane best at converting?
Bearing in mind Vray versions are no longer an option :(

Hi Rik,
Could you try rendering the original scene? I don't want to be mistaken, but it seems that there are no reflections present in the original material

You're right. I rendered it as 3ds max scanline and there were no reflections.

I've asked him to let me know which format has the same materials as shown on their website.

Will let you know if he comes back to me...
