Yikes.
I'll hold off upgrading Octane and the PC then. Cheers.

Paride, when will there be a stable release with RTX support?

I can confirm instant crash of 3ds max especially with big scenes that reach vram limit. It seems that octane has too many problems with out of core. A lot of crashes and cuda errors if all vram is used

Hello guys,
a couple of rules if you encounter CUDA crash using windows 10:
1 running windows 10 update and install Latest Nvidia driver STUDIO version (not GAME READY).
2 set debug mode in Nvidia control panel
It seems to fix any crash.
Let me hear from you.

it would be a dream if it were so simple ...

with the previous version I do not have this problem, I have the impression that it is something related to out of core, when it reaches the maximum vram generates this problem in combination with something ...

Hi samsue,
would you share your scene in pm to test it?

Windows Drive Type matters? DHC or Standard?

Hi Rik,
standard.
to unistall DHC, disable automatic Windows drivers update, use DDU unistaller, then install Last Nvidia studio driver.
