Hi!
Does anybody know how to reproduce this in 3ds max Octane:

Moreover - the task is more complex. The example above is about visual effect - the lamp doesn't actually light anything in the scene.
I need to use that bunch of bulbs as working source of light in the scene. And of course with reasonable render time and noise level.
