thanks, yes i did it exactly like in the video.
It haves no error.
I don't see the square, that appears when I hold the mouse down shift it and shortly before I plug the script to the bar.
When you know what I mean... Nothing happens.
What's wrong..

Sounds strange. You could try to assign it to a shortcut - go to keyboard, find max2octane and
assign it to i.e keypad1. Or put it in the quadmenu.

But have you been able to run the script at all?

I found another denouement. I load the maxscript and play it.
Yes it is strange. But I guess that the fault is the language.
I work with the 3ds Max 2010 german. Can that be the reason?

Hi,
i can't drag out the Max2Octane tab, but script runs manually works fine... I have Max 2009 sp1 x64.... what is the problem?

EDIT: I can run the script, but i can't render. Only export is working, than nothing.

I switched over to Windows7 32bit and tried max2octane there with moving mesh and texture and it worked first pop.
Still dunno, what's up with my vista 64bit, wa wa.

What is the difference between having a 'floatimage' vs an 'image' node for the obj diffuse?
