Hi, one of my dongles is failing and I contacted
[email protected] for support, so they sent me a new one, the problem I have is that I am trying to assign the license to the new dongle but the dongle application in the webpage is not working, when I click the dongles tab it says that Session not initialized Please contact

[email protected] but they do not respond anymore, do you know how can I asign the license to the new dongle?, thank you.
