Please try deleting the /Applications/Autodesk/otoy folder from the path.
Make sure to disable the auto plugin load.

Navigate to the directory containing the Octane plugin files by opening Finder. You can remove the plugin by deleting it after you've found the OctaneRenderForMaya folderscratch games. Move the folder to the Trash icon on the Dock by right-clicking on it and choosing "Move to Trash" or by just dragging it there. The Library option will appear in the dropdown menu when you press and hold the "Option" key on your keyboard.
