The region render is not working for me (also in previous versions). If I drag a region and I tweak a shader my whole images is refreshed (instead only my region).

Sorry for the late reply - we have made a fix for 2022.1 for interactive render region not working when at least one cryptomatte pass is enabled. Can you confirm that you are using cryptomatte?
