Hi
How about adding a 3D Connexion driver to manipulate the scenes. Much the most intuitive way to navigate the scene and there are a lot of these devices installed on Cad systems these days..
Cheers

visit 3dconnexion.com for your 3d mouse drivers

speed of camera movement you can adjust in octane render preferences not from connexion drivers...

It depends on your platform if you need the drivers.

On Mac and Linux you need the drivers.

On Windows you don't need the drivers, and the settings you make in the 3DConnexion control panel won't have an effect in Octane. This is a limitation of the developer support from 3DConnexion on Windows.
