and probably we need to keep the wikipage updated in realtime, at 10x speed, interactively  ...else it gets removed again :)

anyway, added citations links wherever possible and appropriate...now we seem to have enough reference links...its a bit more unbiased now.. :)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Suhai ... ane_Render
(sorry for the page name- but the previously deleted page was posted here by the wiki admin- Deb, under this name- to let us finalize it first before uploading to the main wiki database)

attached is the .txt file just in case...
(btw..the images anyway got re-deleted ...will be uploaded again once page is good to go..)
cheers! :)

finally....
the page is moved to general section of wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octane_Render

all images uploaded again (after deletion)...
btw...the admin- deb also reviewed the page and okayed it in principal..
attached is the screenshot of the talk page..

what was actually required- is as many external references/citaions as possible... it provides a stronger base (and notability) for the page...

cheers :)

thnx...
well..i think the link to the wiki page should happen more often in the octane render forum/website....
so that the wikipedia page pops out on page 1 of google- whenever a google search is done.. :) (right now it pops out on page 2..)

so here goes... :)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octane_Render

I think we should add something about the OctaneLive DB.

yes... there is no reference of it yet anywhere on the page...

btw...the gallery images were removed by another admin (named: Future Perfect at Sunrise)...reason: far too many non-free images

(cur | prev) 11:36, 10 May 2011 Future Perfect at Sunrise (talk | contribs) (4,810 bytes) (→Rendering Samples: far too many non-free images) (undo)

this whole wikipedia thing is funny... no freedom here

i have placed them back- and asked the admin not to delete them
(glad we saved the .txt file..)

It appears to have been deleted/moved again, though the deletion and move log states it was last moved on the 3rd of May. Are you talking about updates to here?
