Changes:
- Materials: Improved custom user code conversion from HLSL to OSL
- Lights: Light Radius no longer affects the lightfunction
- Lights: Light Radius no longer affects IES on lights (no longer becomes blurry as radius increases)
- Lights: Light Radius no longer increases light attenuation range
- Lights: Light function and IES now work the same in octane as in unreal on rect lights
- Export: Fixed texture flipping issue when exporting to ORBX/OCS
- Textures: Fixed incorrect texture copy when loading rare texture type with RGBA F16 format
- Geometry: Text rendering components now have correct transformations
- Geometry: Text rendering is now updated correctly when settings change
- Stability: Fixed crash that happens when exporting and having a rendertargetactor component selected in the detailsview
