Hello Chris,

I ve been using Octane since 0.5 - and many years only in Lightwave. I tried Unity plugin - then i gave up .. Lately i switched to Unreal and tried Unreal plugin and your Unreal plugin is amazing. Thank you so much for your great efforts..

I think i am in heaven - fully functional Octane and Unreal . Thank you again..

Im glad you liked it :) I applied some of the lessons learned from the unity project to the unreal plugin.

May I ask what your main issues where with the unity plugin?

I really think this is the game changer plugin. I still cannot believe how it steals the materials from unreal and injects into Octane... How it can be that much fast i have no idea. I am using all sorts of weird materials - It does not care. It injects it into Octane..

Years ago when i installed Octane first time as a beta i knew something "revolutionary" had arrived and it saved my humble Lightwave and archviz company. Now this amazing plugin is doing the same thing.

In Unity plugin - i was hoping same thing but - i had so many crashes - with different reasons.

Actually i am so happy that i met with Octane again in Unreal. It simply changed my thinking about archviz and game making.
